Subscribing to the no-capitals memo is the title of her solo album, <em>abyskiss<\/em>, which she released on October 5, and all of the tracks on it, including the second single, &#8216;symbol.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;symbol,&#8217; out this week, features Lenker&#8217;s familiar hushed-murmur delivery, which she pairs up with densely-packed fingerpicked guitar harmonies, inviting them to traverse the song&#8217;s emotional valleys alongside her hushed, emotive vocals.<\/p>\n<p>The result is both restrained and powerful, a reminder of how loud Lenker can be when she is quiet.<\/p>\n<p>Lenker will tour in support of <em>abyskiss<\/em>\u00a0in 2019 &#8211;
